How To Reset iPad Without Passcode?

If you know the Apple ID and password, use iCloud Find My to erase the iPad

Go to iCloud.com/find on another device

Sign in with the Apple ID linked to the iPad

Select the iPad

Choose Erase iPad

If the iPad is disabled or you forgot the passcode, use Recovery Mode with a computer

Connect the iPad to a Mac or Windows PC

Open Finder on Mac or iTunes on Windows or older macOS

Put the iPad into Recovery Mode

For iPad with Face ID, press and quickly release Volume Up, press and quickly release Volume Down, then hold the Top button until the recovery screen appears

For iPad with Home button, hold the Home button and Top or Side button together until the recovery screen appears

When prompted on the computer, choose Restore

Wait for the restore process to finish

Set up the iPad again after it restarts

If Activation Lock appears, enter the Apple ID and password previously used on the iPad

If you cannot access the Apple ID, contact Apple Support with proof of purchase

If the iPad is supervised by a school or organization, contact the administrator for reset help
