Locate the modem’s reset button
Keep the modem powered on
Press and hold the reset button with a pin or paperclip
Hold it for 10 to 30 seconds
Release the button
Wait for the modem to restart
Allow a few minutes for the modem to reconnect
Reconfigure modem settings if needed
