Go to the Roblox login page
Click Forgot Password or Username?
Enter your Roblox username
If no email or phone number is linked, use any available account recovery options shown on the page
Check whether you are still logged in on any device
If logged in, go to Settings and add a new verified email address or phone number
Use the new verified email or phone number to reset the password
If you cannot access any logged-in device, contact Roblox Support
Provide your username, account creation details, billing receipts, and any proof of ownership
Submit the support form through the Roblox Help page
Wait for Roblox Support to respond with recovery instructions
