Turn the car ignition to the ON position
Turn the SiriusXM radio off and then back on
Tune to channel 0 or 1 to check the radio ID
Write down the Radio ID or ESN if needed
Go to the SiriusXM activation or refresh page
Enter the Radio ID and follow the prompts to send a refresh signal
Leave the radio on the same SiriusXM channel for 10 to 15 minutes
If the signal does not update, turn the radio off and back on again
If needed, perform a factory reset from the radio settings menu
Re-enter any saved presets after the reset
Contact SiriusXM support if the radio still does not work
