Open Snapchat and tap your profile icon
Tap the gear icon to open Settings
Tap Password
Enter your current password if prompted
Enter your new password
Confirm the new password
Tap Save
If you forgot your password, tap Forgot your password?
Choose to reset via Phone or Email
Follow the verification link or code sent to you
Create a new password
Confirm and save it
If you cannot access your phone or email, use the Snapchat account recovery options
Make sure your new password is strong and unique
Update your saved password on your devices if needed
