Back up your files
Plug in your charger
Open Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Under Reset this PC, click Reset PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Select Local reinstall or Cloud download
Follow the on-screen prompts
Wait for the reset to finish
Set up the laptop again after restart
If Windows will not start, turn off the laptop
Turn it on and press the Novo button or F2/F12/Enter if available
Open the recovery menu
Select Troubleshoot
Select Reset this PC
Choose your reset option
Follow the prompts
If using Lenovo OneKey Recovery, turn off the laptop
Press the Novo button or the recovery key combination for your model
Select System Recovery
Choose Factory Restore
Follow the on-screen instructions
