Open your phone’s Phone or Voicemail app
Go to Voicemail settings or Account settings
Select Change voicemail password or Reset voicemail password
Enter your current password if prompted
Enter a new voicemail password
Re-enter the new password to confirm
Save the changes
If you forgot the password, contact your mobile carrier
Use your carrier’s app, website, or customer support to reset it
Follow any verification steps required by your carrier
