Unplug the router and modem from power
Wait 30 seconds
Plug the modem back in and wait until it fully reconnects
Plug the router back in and wait until the WiFi lights are stable
If needed, press and hold the router reset button for 10 to 30 seconds
Release the reset button and wait for the router to restart
Reconnect to the WiFi using the default network name and password if the router was factory reset
Reconfigure the WiFi name and password if required
