Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart if it appears
If Restart does not appear, tap Power off
Wait for the tablet to turn off
Press and hold the Power button again to turn it back on
If the tablet is frozen, press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button for about 10 to 15 seconds
Release the buttons when the Samsung logo appears
Wait for the tablet to restart fully
