Open the Facebook app or website
Go to the person’s profile
Click or tap the three dots
Select Restrict
Confirm the action if prompted
To restrict someone from Messenger, open the chat
Tap the person’s name at the top
Select Restrict
Confirm if prompted
To manage restricted people, go to Settings and privacy
Open Settings
Go to Audience and visibility
Select Restricting or Restricted lists
Add or remove people as needed
