Tap Purchased
Tap My Purchases
Tap Not on this iPhone
Find the deleted app
Tap the download icon
Use Spotlight Search to find the app if it is still installed
Check the App Library for the app
Reinstall the app from the App Store if it was removed
Restore the app from an iCloud or iTunes backup if needed
