Open the Notes app
Tap Folders
Check the Recently Deleted folder
Tap Edit
Select the note or notes you want to recover
Tap Move To
Choose the folder where you want to restore the notes
Open the Notes app
Use the search bar to look for the note
Check all folders, including iCloud and On My iPhone
Open Settings
Tap your name
Tap iCloud
Make sure Notes is turned on
Sign in to iCloud.com
Open Notes
Check for the deleted note in synced folders
Restore your iPhone from an iCloud backup if the note is not in Recently Deleted
Restore your iPhone from a computer backup if the note was deleted before the latest backup
Contact Apple Support if the note is still missing
