Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen steps to verify your identity
Use your trusted phone number or trusted device if prompted
Check your email for password reset instructions if available
Answer your security questions if that option appears
Create a new password after verification
Sign in again with your new password
If you cannot reset it, contact Apple Support
If you use a Mac, open System Settings or System Preferences and check Apple ID sign-in options
If you use an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, tap your name, then Password & Security, and choose Change Password if already signed in
If two-factor authentication is enabled, use the verification code sent to your trusted device or phone number
