Choose the reason for the refund
Select the refund method
Submit the request
Wait for Steam’s response
Make sure the purchase was made within 14 days
Make sure the game was played less than 2 hours
Check your email for refund updates
If approved, wait for the refund to process to your original payment method or Steam Wallet
