Open Settings
Go to Update & Security
Select Recovery
Under Go back to the previous version of Windows, click Get started
Choose a reason for going back
Click Next
Follow the on-screen prompts
Make sure your PC is plugged in during the process
Wait for the rollback to complete
If the Go back option is unavailable, use a Windows 10 installation USB or ISO
Back up your files before reinstalling
Create Windows 10 installation media using Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool
Boot from the Windows 10 installation media
Select Install now
Choose Custom install if needed
Select the drive or partition for Windows
Complete the installation steps
Reinstall drivers and apps after setup
Restore your files from backup
