Back up any files, photos, and documents you want to keep
Sign out of accounts and remove external devices
Open Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Choose Reset this PC
Select Remove everything for a full factory reset
Choose Cloud download or Local reinstall
Follow the on-screen prompts
Confirm the reset
Wait for the computer to restart and complete the reset
Set up the computer again after it restarts
