How To Roast Almonds?

Preheat the oven to 325°F to 350°F

Spread raw almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet

Roast for 8 to 15 minutes

Stir or shake the pan once or twice during roasting

Watch closely near the end to prevent burning

Remove when the almonds are golden brown and fragrant

Let the almonds cool completely before eating or storing

Store cooled almonds in an airtight container
