How To Roast Hazelnuts?

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)

Spread hazelnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet

Roast for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the pan once or twice

Watch closely near the end to prevent burning

Remove from the oven when the skins are darkened and the nuts are fragrant

Let the hazelnuts cool for a few minutes

Rub the nuts in a clean kitchen towel to remove loose skins

Use immediately or store in an airtight container
