Place a rolling paper on a flat surface with the adhesive strip facing up and away from you
Hold the paper with the glue edge at the top
Add a small amount of loose tobacco evenly along the center crease
Shape the tobacco into a cylinder with your fingers
Pinch the paper between your thumbs and index fingers
Roll the paper back and forth to pack the tobacco evenly
Tuck the unglued edge of the paper around the tobacco
Roll upward until only the adhesive strip remains exposed
Lick the adhesive strip lightly
Seal the cigarette by pressing the glued edge down
Tap the open end gently to settle the tobacco
Twist the end if desired to close it
