Make sure Portrait Orientation Lock is turned off
Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to open Control Center
Tap the Portrait Orientation Lock button to disable it
Hold your iPhone sideways in a landscape position
Open an app that supports screen rotation
If the screen still does not rotate, restart your iPhone
If needed, check that the app itself supports rotation
