Click the Start button
Type Command Prompt
Right-click Command Prompt
Select Run as administrator
Click Yes if prompted by User Account Control
Alternatively, press Windows key, type cmd, then press Ctrl + Shift + Enter
Alternatively, open Task Manager, click File, select Run new task, type cmd, check Create this task with administrative privileges, then click OK
