Open the Dynasty 8 website
Select the property you want to sell
If the property can be traded in, choose the replacement property
Confirm the trade-in or sale
Receive the trade-in value as a discount on the new property
Note that most properties cannot be sold directly for cash in GTA Online
Sell or replace only properties that allow trade-in during a new purchase
For garages, offices, businesses, and apartments, use the trade-in option when buying another property
If you want to free up a property slot, purchase a new property and trade in the old one
Check the property details before buying to see whether trade-in is available
