Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Archive
Find the live video you want to save
Open the live video
Tap the three-dot menu
Tap Download Video or Save Video
Wait for the video to finish saving to your device
If the live video is still active, tap End Live
After ending the live, tap Download Video if the option appears
Check your phone’s gallery or camera roll for the saved video
