Open Google Maps
Search for your destination
Tap Directions
Choose your starting point
Select your travel mode
Review the route
Tap the three dots or menu icon
Select Add route to Home screen, Send to phone, or Save offline map if available
To save a place, tap the place name
Tap Save
Choose a list or create a new one
To access saved places, tap Saved in Google Maps
To use the route later, open Google Maps and select the saved destination again
