Search for your destination
Tap Directions
Choose your starting point and travel mode
Review the route
Tap the menu or share option if available
Save the route to a list or your saved places if prompted
Use Send to phone or share the route link to access it later
If needed, save the destination instead, then reopen directions from Saved places
