Open the Contacts app on your iPhone
Tap the plus icon
Enter the contact’s name
Add the phone number
Add the email address if needed
Add any other details you want
Tap Done
To save a number from the Phone app, open the Phone app
Tap Recents or Keypad
Tap the info icon next to the number
Tap Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact
Enter the contact details
Tap Done
To save a contact from Messages, open the conversation
Tap the sender’s name or number at the top
Tap Info
Tap Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact
Enter the contact details
Tap Done
To save a contact from Mail, open the email
Tap the sender’s name
Tap Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact
Enter the contact details
Tap Done
To save contacts to iCloud, go to Settings
Tap your Apple ID name
Tap iCloud
Turn on Contacts
To import contacts from a SIM card, go to Settings
Tap Contacts
Tap Import SIM Contacts
To sync contacts from another account, go to Settings
Tap Contacts
Tap Accounts
Add or select the account
Turn on Contacts
