How To Save Mail In Outlook?

Open Outlook and select the email you want to save

Click File

Click Save As

Choose the folder where you want to save the email

Select the file type you want, such as Outlook Message Format or Text Only

Enter a file name

Click Save

To save multiple emails, select them and drag them to a folder on your computer

To save an email as a PDF, open the message and use Print, then choose Microsoft Print to PDF

To save attachments, open the email and download the attachments to your device
