Tap and hold the image on the touchpad or touchscreen
Use two fingers on the touchpad to open the context menu
Press Alt + Click on the image
Select Save image as
Choose a folder
Click Save
Drag the image into the Files app if the site allows it
Use the browser menu if the image is part of a webpage download option
Take a screenshot if saving is not available
