Open the pause menu
Go to the Game tab
Select Save Game
Choose an available save slot
Confirm the save
Wait for the save to complete
Use safehouses to save manually
Sleep in a bed to trigger an autosave
Enable autosave in the settings if needed
Use quick save on supported platforms if available
