How to Save Voicemails to iPhone?

Open the Phone app

Tap Voicemail

Select the voicemail you want to save

Tap the Share button

Choose Save to Files, AirDrop, Messages, Mail, or another app

Select a destination and save the file

If needed, use Voice Memos or a third-party app to record and save the voicemail

To keep a voicemail in the Phone app, do not delete it

For important voicemails, back them up to iCloud Drive or another cloud storage service
