Open the Google Drive app or a document scanning app
Tap the plus icon or scan option
Select Scan
Position the document inside the camera frame
Make sure the document is well lit and flat
Tap the shutter button to capture the page
Adjust the crop, rotation, or color if needed
Tap Done or Save
Choose a file name and storage location if prompted
Repeat for additional pages if needed
Save or export the scanned document as PDF or image
