How To Scan From Printer To Computer?

Turn on the printer and computer

Place the document face down on the scanner glass or in the document feeder

Open the scanner lid and align the document properly

Make sure the printer is connected to the computer by USB, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet

Open the printer or scanner software on the computer

Select the scan option

Choose the scan source if prompted

Select the file format, resolution, and destination folder if needed

Start the scan

Wait for the scan to finish

Save the scanned file on the computer

Open the saved file to confirm it scanned correctly
