Open the Notes app
Create a new note or open an existing note
Tap the camera icon
Tap Scan Documents
Position the iPhone over the document
Wait for the scan to capture automatically
Adjust the corners if needed
Tap Keep Scan
Repeat for additional pages if needed
Tap Save when finished
To share the scan, open the note and tap the share icon
