Open the Notes app
Create a new note or open an existing note
Tap the camera icon
Tap Scan Documents
Position the document in view of the camera
Wait for the iPhone to capture the scan automatically
Adjust the corners if needed
Tap Keep Scan
Tap Save when finished
To scan a QR code, open the Camera app and point it at the code
Tap the notification that appears on the screen
