Open the Gallery app
Select the photo of the document
Tap Edit if available
Use the crop or scan tools if available
Save the result
Open the Microsoft Office app if installed
Tap Actions
Tap Scan to PDF
Capture the document
Save the file
Open the Files app if available
Tap the menu
Tap Scan document
Capture the document
Save the scan
