Tap the pop-up to open the content
If it does not scan automatically, open Camera settings
Turn on QR code scanning
Try scanning the QR code again
Open the Quick Settings panel
Tap the QR scanner icon if available

Tap the result when it appears
Use Samsung Internet if needed
Open Samsung Internet
Tap the menu
Select QR code scanner
Scan the code
Use Bixby Vision if needed
Open the Camera app
Tap Bixby Vision
Point it at the QR code
Tap the result when it appears
