Open the Messages app
Start a new message or open an existing conversation
Type your message
Tap the plus icon or the three-dot menu
Select Schedule message or Schedule send
Choose the date and time
Tap Done or Save
Tap Send to schedule the text
Check the conversation for the scheduled message if needed
