Swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick Settings
Look for Screen Recording, Screen Recorder, or Screen Capture
If you see it, tap it to start recording
Allow any permissions if prompted
Tap Stop in the notification bar when finished
If you do not see it, tap Edit or the pencil icon in Quick Settings
Add Screen Recording to the Quick Settings panel if available
If the phone does not have built-in screen recording, install a screen recorder app from the Play Store
Open the app and grant the required permissions
Start recording from the app
Stop recording from the app or notification controls
