Press PrtScn to copy the full screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows + PrtScn to save a full-screen screenshot to Pictures > Screenshots
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool for a selected area
Open Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch and choose a capture mode
Press Fn + PrtScn on some laptops if PrtScn is combined with another key
Paste the screenshot with Ctrl + V into Paint, Word, or chat apps
Use the Xbox Game Bar with Windows + G and capture from the screenshot button
