Press PrtScn to copy the full screen to the clipboard
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows key + PrtScn to save a full-screen screenshot to Pictures > Screenshots
Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snip & Sketch and select a screen area
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu to capture a free-form, rectangular, window, or full-screen snip
Press Fn + PrtScn if your keyboard requires the Fn key
Paste the copied screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V
