Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select an area
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu to take a screenshot
Use the Snip & Sketch or Snipping Tool app to capture, edit, and save screenshots
On some laptops, press Fn + PrtScn if PrtScn is combined with another key
On some devices, use Windows key + Volume Down to take a screenshot
Paste clipboard screenshots into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V
