Use two fingers on the trackpad and swipe up or down
Use the scroll bar on the right side of the window
Use a mouse wheel or scroll wheel
Press Space bar to move down a page
Press Shift + Space bar to move up a page
Press Page Down to scroll down
Press Page Up to scroll up
Press Command + Down Arrow to go to the bottom
Press Command + Up Arrow to go to the top
