Open Facebook and go to your profile
Click the Friends tab
Click the three dots or Manage section
Select Edit Privacy
Set Friend List visibility to Only me
Check your profile privacy settings
Go to Settings and privacy
Open Settings
Select Privacy
Review who can see your friends list
Limit audience to Only me or Friends
Remove public visibility from friend-related settings
Turn off friend list visibility on mobile and desktop
Review tagged posts and timeline visibility
Restrict who can send friend requests
Limit who can look you up using your email or phone number
Enable two-factor authentication
Use a strong, unique password
Log out of unused devices
Review connected apps and remove suspicious ones
Keep your account recovery options updated
