Open the Settings app
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
View the current data usage under Cellular Data Usage
Scroll down to see app-by-app data usage
Check the current period total
Reset statistics if you want to track usage from a new starting point
Go to Settings
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
Scroll to the bottom
Tap Reset Statistics
Use your carrier’s app or website for more detailed usage information
Check Wi-Fi Assist if you want to see if cellular data was used while on Wi-Fi
Go to Settings
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
Scroll down to Wi-Fi Assist
Review data usage in Screen Time if needed
