Right-click the desktop and select Display settings
Scroll down and click Advanced display
Look for Refresh rate or Choose a refresh rate
Check the value shown in Hz
On Windows, open Settings > System > Display > Advanced display
On macOS, open System Settings > Displays
Select your display and check the Refresh Rate option
On Linux, open Display Settings or use xrandr in the terminal
On gaming monitors, check the on-screen display menu
In GPU control panels, open NVIDIA Control Panel, AMD Adrenalin, or Intel Graphics settings
Check the monitor’s manual or product specifications if needed
