Open the app and create an account if required
Choose the option to send a fax
Scan a document with your iPhone camera or select a file from Photos, Files, or cloud storage
Enter the recipient’s fax number
Add a cover page if needed
Review the document and fax details
Tap send
Wait for the confirmation or delivery status
Save or share the fax receipt if available
