How To Send Outlook Calendar Invite?

Open Outlook

Go to Calendar

Select New Meeting or New Event

Enter the meeting title

Add the date and time

Add the location if needed

Add attendees’ email addresses

Add a message or agenda if needed

Set recurrence if the meeting repeats

Check the time zone if necessary

Click Send

Wait for attendees to receive the invite

Open the sent meeting to make changes if needed

Click Send Update after editing the invite
