Click the time in the bottom-right corner
Select Settings
Click Personalization
Click Set your wallpaper and style
Choose a wallpaper from the available options
Click the image you want to use
Select Set wallpaper
To use your own image, click My images or Upload from device
Choose the file you want
Click Open
Select Set wallpaper
