Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click On startup
Select Open a specific page or set of pages
Click Add a new page or use the current pages option
Enter the homepage URL
Click Add or Save
To show the Home button, go to Appearance
Turn on Show home button
Choose the homepage URL for the Home button
