Open Control Center
Tap the Focus icon
Tap Do Not Disturb
To turn it on longer, go to Settings
Tap Focus
Tap Do Not Disturb
Turn on Do Not Disturb
Set a schedule if needed
To allow calls or notifications, adjust People, Apps, and Options in the same menu
